Unibail Rodamco, the biggest bourse listed property fund in Europe, booked net profit of over €1.1bn in the first six months of this year, compared with 2006.

A 10% increase in net rental prices was the main motor behind the growth. Full-year earnings per share growth is set to reach 15%, the fund said. France’s Unibail and Dutch group Rodamco merged in June.
