Three arrested for internet lottery scam
Two Nigerian nationals and a man from Burundi have been arrested at an internet café in The Hague on suspicion of internet fraud.
The three are alleged to have been sending spam emails informing the recipients they had won a major lottery prize. Dozens of people, mainly from West Africa, have been arrested in the Netherlands in recent months for internet-based scams.
