The public prosecution service has asked for a prison sentence of 20 years and psychiatric treatment for Julien Constancia who is on trial for the murder of eight-year-old Jesse Dingemans at his school in Hoogerheide in December last year. Constancia (23) denies killing the boy. A ruling is expected on September 6.
