Handicapped care relies on untrained staff
Unqualified staff are playing an increasingly important role in providing care for the handicapped, often working in positions with a great deal of responsibility, nursing union NU’91 warned on Friday.
The union blames a shortage of trained staff and the dominance of part-time jobs for the problem.
