Watchdog boss writes poetry

Arthur Docters van Leeuwen, who is to quit as head of the financial sector watchdog AFM soon, is hoping to complete his doctorate in the ‘institutionalisation of organisations’ later this year.

He is also considering publishing a volume of poetry. ‘Dutch people think it is weird, but in the UK you do not count if you have never written literature,’ he told the Financieele Dagblad.
