Temporary employment agency Vedior more than doubled its net profit to €94.2m in the second quarter of this year, boosted by a €31m one-off in France.
Sales rose by 10%. CEO Zach Miles said the sales growth would continue throughout the year. The company has benefited from changes to the French system of labour market subsidies. Vedior books 40% of group sales in France. Turnover in the US was down 4%.
