Some 60% trust Dutch legal system

The Dutch legal system has the trust of 61% of the population making it the fourth most trusted system in Europe, according to research for the government’s social policy unit SCP.


The Danes have the most faith in their judges at 81%, while less than 25% of Poles trust their legal system. In the Netherlands, legal scandals have little lasting effect on confidence in the courts, the SCP research shows.
