Shell celebrates 100 year merger
Dutch-British oil company Shell celebrated its 100th birthday yesterday with the publication of four books covering the history of the company since Koninklijke Olie merged with Shell Transport and Trading in 1907.
Four academics spent five years on the books, which total 1,700 pages and weigh a combined 10 kilos.
