Pay rose faster than expected
Wages in the Netherlands rose by an average of 3.45% last year, according to research by Mercer and wages processor ADP.
Senior management salaries were up by 3.22% while support staff saw their pay increase by 3.68% on average. The sharpest rise was in the construction and financial services sectors, the Financieele Dagblad reported.
