National history museum goes to Arnhem
Arnhem has been chosen for the location of the new national history museum.
Culture minister Ronald Plasterk said he had opted for the city in Gelderland because it was home to the national open air museum, which already attracts large numbers of school groups and tourists. Amsterdam and The Hague were the other contenders.
