AMG raises €314m with IPO

Aerospace engineering group AMG raised some €314m with its Amsterdam IPO on Wednesday. The company issued 13 million shares at €24 each.


A further two million shares have been reserved for green shoe options. The company plans to use the cash to clear debts and make investments.
AMG booked turnover of €927m last year, while earnings, excluding interest costs and write-offs, reached €72m.
