Two bits short of a puzzle
The Telegraaf newspaper reports today on the 73-year-old woman from the Brabant town of Bakel who has just spent eight months working on a 18,240 jigsaw puzzle only to find the last two pieces missing.
The puzzler is adamant that she did not lose them, and Ravensburger, the makers of the 2.76 metre by 1.93 metre puzzle, is searching for the missing pieces. ‘Maybe it sounds petty but to a puzzler this is a real drama,’ said a spokesperson for the company.
