Finance minister cleared of wrongdoing

Junior finance minister Jan Kees de Jager did not break labour laws or work against the setting up of a works council during his time as owner and director of software firm ISM, according to a committee set up by De Jager himself to investigated the allegations.


While there were deficiencies in the company’s adminstration policy these were not entirely due to De Jager the committee concluded.
