PGGM to up property investments

Health service pension fund PGGM is to increase the proportion of property investments in its portfolio to 15% and reduce its investment in shares from 42% to 40%.

The fund booked a return on shares of 16.3% last year, but almost 30% on its property investments.
PGGM said last week it had stopped investing in companies which make land mines and cluster bombs.
