Holleeder’s co-defendents want case to go on
Lawyers representing eight of the nine defendants on trial alongside crime boss suspect Willem Holleeder on blackmail charges, have called for the trial against their clients to continue.
The case has been halted because Holleeder is seriously ill. The public prosecution department called on the court to make a decision on resuming the trials in mid-May.
