Employees lose an average of one working day a month due to a lack of alertness, according to a study by market survey company TNS NIPO.
The study, which revealed little difference between women and men, found that employees were ‘dozy’ for an average of 23 minutes a day. Favourite pastimes when dozy are going for a stroll office and staring into space, the study found.
