The family of 44-year-old Edith Arends, allegedly shot dead in Enschede by a psychiatric patient on home leave, are demanding damages from the clinic where the man was being treated.

Tom Arends and his lawyer Robert Speijdel told a TV show on Tuesday that the tbs clinic had not properly supervised the suspect, who was known to be an aggressive drunk.
