Stay out of Second Life, says young CDA
The youth wing of the Christian Democratic party has called for a ban on government institutions setting up operations in virtual world, Second Life. ‘It is an unhealthy, commercial hype’ and waste of taxpayers’ money, the organisation said.
Zoetemeer was the first to get involved, followed by The Hague City Council which invested €17,000 in a beach café, ANP reported.
