Rotterdam heads problem area list

Rotterdam has seven neighbourhoods on urban renewal minister Ella Vogelaar’s list of 40 ‘problem areas’, published today. Amsterdam is next on the hit list, with five. Vogelaar said she wanted to build up an ‘intensive relationship’ with the areas. For the full list, continue reading.
