No access to ‘terrorism documents’

Utrecht resident Jose Maria Sison, a Filipino opposition leader, has been refused permission to examine documents which the European Union has used to justify his inclusion in the European list of terrorist suspects. His plea was turned down by the European Court of Justice. Inclusion on the list means Sison’s bank accounts have been frozen.
