Firms paid to be on stamps
Brewer Heineken, Unox (smoked sausage), and Bugaboo (baby buggies) paid to be included on a set of 10 stamps in honour of Dutch design in December, the Volkskrant reports today. Other products such as Hema’s whistling kettle and the Fietsfabriek’s transport bike were included without charge.
