Dutch cleared over Argentine fishing
The European Court of Justice on Thursday cleared the Dutch fishing ministry of irregularities over two fishing licences. The case was brought by the European Commission which objected to the Dutch using EU subsidies to send two ships to fish in Argentina as a way of avoiding over-fishing in European waters.
