Akzo to partially float Organon
Chemicals group Akzo Nobel on Monday confirmed plans to float between 20% and 30% of its pharmaceutical subsidiary Organon on the Amsterdam stock exchange at the beginning of March. Morgan Stanley will lead manage the issue.
