Wilders won’t contest provincial elections
Geert Wilders’ anti-immigration party PVV, which took a surprise nine seats in the November general election, is not going to contest the March 7 provincial elections. This means the party will not be represented in the upper house of parliament (Senate).
Wilders said there was not enough time for his relatively new party to organise a campaign.
