Stork offered hedge funds seat on board
Engineering group Stork offered hedge funds Centaurus and Paulson a seat on its supervisory board last year, it emerged at a court hearing on Friday. In return, the funds were asked to hold off on their demands that the company be split up for a further 18 months.
The funds turned the offer down. Centaurus and Paulson have taken Stork to court after it issued new preference shares which watered down their stakes in the company.
