Writer and former prostitute Xaviera Hollander (63) has married her third husband, the 10-year-younger Philip de Haan, in a simple civil ceremony in Amsterdam. ‘He is really kind and caring,’ says Hollander. The couple has known each other for 18 months. Hollander became famous, especially in the US, for her book The Happy Hooker.
