The probation service is launch an external investigation into the case of Julien C, the 22-year-old arrested in connection with the murder eight-year-old Jesse Dingemans at his school on December 1, the Volkskrant reports. A probation officer is alleged to have agreed to Julien C’s decision to end psychiatric treatment.
