Rabobank to spend €130m on new HQ

Rabobank is to spend €130m on its new head-office by Utrecht’s railway station. The new building has been nicknamed ‘the binoculars’ because of its design – two 105 meter high transparent cylindrical towers – and is expected to be completed in 2010. Construction firms Heijmans and J.P van Eesteren are the main contractors.
