Kidnap foiled in Vlissingen

Police in Vlissingen have arrested three men and two women in connection with the kidnapping of an 18-month-old boy. The boy was taken from his mother while she was waiting for a train at Middelburg station on Thursday. The boy was later found at a house in Vlissingen. Police said the foiled abduction was connected to a family dispute.
