One shop assistant, three joggers, a cyclist, police officers, a dog and a helicopter were involved in a cartoon-like chase which resulted in the capture of three would-be armed robbers in Leiden yesterday evening. The shop worker thought the gun and knives he was threatened with were fake and chased after the masked trio, aged 15, 17 and 18.
