Amsterdam mayor is second best
Amsterdam’s mayor Job Cohen is the second best mayor in the world according to the international local government watchdog organisation City Mayors. Melbourne’s John So tops the list with Stephen Reed from Harrison (US) coming in at number three. Jejomar Binay from Makati City in the Philippines and Michel Thoiliére from St. Etienne (France) were fourth and fifth respectively.
