New investor lobby targets insurers

Insurers who charge clients unreasonable amounts in costs for investment-based insurance products face legal action from a new investor lobby group, the Volkskrant reports today.


Jeroen Wendelgelst, chairman of the Woekerpolis Claim (profiteering policy claim) says half the population has been forced to pay too-high or obscure charges on investment-based policies.
