Menial jobs for unemployed graduates

People with degrees should be prepared to do low-skilled work if they are unemployed, PVV leader Geert Wilders says in an interview with website Nu.nl.

‘What sort of decadent society do we live in if we do not expect someone who has studied to pay their own way?’, Wilders asked. ‘They can work behind a till or pick asparagus. There is nothing wrong with that sort of work.’
Wilder said it was ridiculous to bring in people from Poland to do seasonal jobs when four million people in the Netherlands were not working.
