Ajax face a challenging task to progress from the last 32 of the Europa League after being were drawn against French League leaders Lille.

Erik ten Hag’s side will be encouraged by the fact that they beat Lille home and away when the teams met in last season’s Champions League competition, though ultimately both were knocked out.

PSV Eindhoven will take on another Champions League drop-out in the form of Greek side Olympiacos. Roger Schmidt’s side qualified from a Europa League group containing another team from Greece, AC Omonia, whom they beat 4-0 in midweek.

Both teams have been drawn to play the first leg away from home on February 18, with the return leg on February 25.
