Nearly everyone owns a pair of jeans
Some 95% of the Dutch own at least one pair of jeans and 85% of the over-60s are still happy to wear denim, according to research for the Fortis Fashion Business Xchange.
Of all jeans owners, only 7% think brand is important and 44% don’t care whose make of jeans they wear.
Most popular top brank is Levis (47%), followed by Diesel (35%) and Armani (25%). H&M tops the cheaper sector.
