Top Gear magazine to pay speeding tickets

The public prosecution department says it can do nothing about Top Gear magazine’s plans to pay one speeding ticket for each new subscriber caught driving up to five kph above the limit.


A spokesman warned, however, that even driving a few kph faster can mean the difference between a serious or light injury to a pedestrian.
