Holland to befriend oil-rich nations
The Netherlands wants to develop closer ties with four oil-rich nations – Russia, Algeria, Kazakstan and Saudi Arabia – the NRC reports on Friday.
The paper says the plan is included in an internal government report on securing energy supplies.
Neither the economic or foreign affairs ministries would confirm the report, the paper says.
