Prosecution says suspect is terrorist

The public prosecution department is to proceed with its appeal in the case of Dutch-American terrorist suspect Jason Walters.

Walters was sentenced to 15 years in jail for throwing a hand grenade at police during his arrest in 2004 but found not guilty of planning terrorist attacks. The prosecution service says Walters and other members of the so-called Hofstad group are terrorists and is appealing against the earlier verdict.
