Few to switch health insurers
No more than 5% of people are expected to switch health insurers before the January 1 deadline, says health sector research group NIVEL. Last year, 18% went to a new health insurance company when the system changed on January 1, 2006. The under-40s are the most likely to change, NIVEL said.
