Rotterdam airport boosts passenger numbers nearly 16%
Rotterdam airport, now known as Rotterdam The Hague airport, dealt with 1,158,420 passengers in 2011, a 15.7% increase on 2010.
The airport authority said an expansion in destinations by charter company Transavia and the addition of Cityjet services were behind the growth.
