Girl on video is not missing Millie
Friday 12 March 2010
Police have issued a nationwide alert for a 12-year-old girl, missing from her home in Dordrecht since early Wednesday evening.
Millie Boele disappeared from the family home soon after talking to her mother on the phone at around 5.30pm. When her mother returned home at around 6.30pm, the girl had disappeared.
Millie, described as a problem-free girl in her first year at high school, is not the sort of child to run away, friends told the Telegraaf.
Video footage which the Telegraaf said showed the girl being followed by a man who got out of a red Opel Corsa does not show Millie after all, police said on Friday.
