‘Our bank has just announced their decision that they are neither willing nor able to continue offering loans to our international students in these times of recession,’ business school dean Willem Burggraaf says in a letter on the university’s website.
No resumption date has been set for the programme, which aimed to develop ‘globally-minded business leaders’. It had been due to start in January 2010. Other Nyenrode courses are unaffected.
