Hans Wijers voted best boss

Akzo Nobel chairman Hans Wijers has been voted best company boss by members of shareholders lobby group VEB, just beating Smit International’s Ben Vree.
Wijers, who took 32% of the votes, has taken the company through a ‘strategic metamorphosis’, the VEB said.
This year's top 5:
1. Hans Wijers Akzo Nobel 32.2%
2. Ben Vree Smit International 28.0%
3. Harold Goddijn TomTom 23.8%
4. Lakshmi Mittal ArcelorMittal 8.7%
5. Peter Berdowski Boskalis 7.3%
