Princess Mabel amends Wikipedia entry
Princess Mabel and prince Friso amended an entry about them in the English version of online encyclopaedia Wikipedia, the state information service RVD confirmed on Thursday.
A sentence stating that Mabel had given ‘incomplete and false information’ about her past relationship with drugs baron Klaas Bruinsma was amended to read ‘incomplete information’ – but was switched back to the original text an hour later.
The English text is a translation of the words used by prime minister Jan Pieter Balkenende
when he addressed parliament on the issue in 2003.
