Dutch-Italian couple and baby killed as holiday flat collapses

family killed, gas explosion, ItalyThe bodies of a Dutch-Italian couple and their 18-month-old baby have been found in the ruins of a house in southern Italy which apparently collapsed after a gas explosion, local media report.
The couple had arrived in the town of Conversano two days ago for a holiday. They run an Italian restaurant in the Frisian town of Woudsend, the Telegraaf reported.
Two buildings in the historic town centre collapsed in the blast, injuring at least 10 other people. One of the buildings was empty, the other used mainly by tourists, local media said.
