Spyker working on final offer for Saab
Monday 04 January 2010
Dutch luxury car maker Spyker is working on its final offer for Swedish car firm Saab, Spyker CEO Victor Muller said on Monday.
The offer will be submitted by January 7, but that is not an official deadline, news agency ANP reports. An earlier bid by Spyker was rejected at the end of December.
'We have gotten time for a final offer. Nothing has been rejected,' Muller told news agency Reuters.
Saab owner General Motors is said to be in talks with several potential bidders but has declined to give names, except for Spyker, ANP said.
