Dalai Lama arrives in HollandWednesday 03 June 2009 The Dalai Lama arrived in the Netherlands on Wednesday for a three-day visit during which he will meet MPs and give several speeches. The Tibetan spiritual leader, who fled his home country 50 years ago, was last in the Netherlands 10 years ago. Prime minister Jan Peter Balkenende will not meet the Dalai Lama. China has made it clear there will be economic consequences for the Netherlands if his visit is given official recognition. © DutchNews.nl
Its obvious from the presented evidence in the news media, that its Business blackmail before fundamental issues such as Peace, Justice, Security and Human Rights once again, especially when it concerns an insignificant, distant, non-European junta-occupied country with limited natural resources, and or non-strategic geographical position, and or non-business partner in this multinational globalized business world. The seriously worrying question (with hotline to china, which makes offers that can not be refused), who makes the national decisions of the present government of the Netherlands, which is also the ceremonial home to (pearls, marble and ivory tower organizations including) European Court of Human Rights, International Criminal Court, Europol, Institute for Global Justice (with the assistance of Madeleine Albright the former US secretary of state), no less ? Suffice to say, following up on fundamental issues such as Peace, Justice, Security and or Human Rights (especially concerning third-parties), is bad for blackmail business. By Small Brother | June 3, 2009 8:25 PM Why has the Dalai Lama said nothing about the mob violence of Buddhist Sinhalese people in the cities of Colombo and Jaffna in Sri Lanka over recent days against the native Tamil populations there, including the burning and looting of Tamil homes? Infact, why does the Dalai Lama remain silent about the limit on humanitarian access still being imposed upon the inetrnment camps for internally displaced Tamil civilians after the recent conflict in the country? What has also been notable has been the Dali Lama's silence with regard to the allegations of the use of chemical weapons in the recent military offensive by the Sri Lankan army against civilians caught up in the conflict between the SLA & the Tamil Tigers.
