Work experience often becomes a job

Over 40% of students on work experience placements this year are being offered a job, news agency ANP reports on Tuesday.

A year ago, only 20% of students were asked to stay on, research by the work experience monitor shows.

At the same time, students are finding it easier to find a placement and are earning more - up from €265 a month last year to €286 a month now.
