About time too. The Dutch state is way behind & in my opinion bordering on discrimination towards persons with special needs. Even though a small change like this is very welcoming as it will hopefully prevent getting fines in certin councils and makes planning our social life a little easier. By Mark Gilligan | May 27, 2009 3:10 PM im all in favour of helping the disabled more, also increase the fines for people who use these spaces that arent entitled to, double it or triple it By adhd | May 29, 2009 6:07 PM Place your comments: |

Just make sure the disabled badge scheme is not abused and that lazy fit fat individuals cant buy, forge or fraudulently obtain these passes to escape parking charges like what has happened in the United Kingdom.
