Cruising-zone killer jailed for 13 years

A 44-year-old man known as J W has been jailed for 13 years and psychiatric prison for stabbing a man to death in a well-known gay-cruising area in Lierop, near Helmond.
The victim was a 77-year-old man who visited the wood, close to the motorway, on a daily basis.
W denied any involvement with the death and refused to testify during the court hearing. During the case it emerged W had previously been found guilty of killing his mother, news agency ANP reports.

WOW, this guy gets "only" 13 years for murdering 2 people? Does go to the Psychiatric Prison, after the 13 years or is that inclusive?
